They're three of the most researched functional mushrooms, and they don't overlap much. Lion's mane is the brain one. Turkey tail is the one with the deep pile of beta-glucan research behind it. Reishi has 2,000-odd years of traditional use as the evening mushroom, and it's where people tend to land when they want something for winding down.
How to take them
Droppers straight into water, coffee, tea or a smoothie. A lot of people do lion's mane in the morning and reishi at night, with turkey tail wherever it fits. Follow the dosing on each bottle.
