The Stress Refill Kit is MagTech magnesium, Feel Supreme's Vitamin B Complex and Zinc with Vitamin C. Magnesium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C each contribute to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
This one came straight out of a post I wrote on what stress takes out of your body. The short version is that a stressful stretch burns through magnesium and B vitamins faster, and drags zinc and vitamin C along with it. These are the replacements, nothing fancier than that.
It won't fix the job, the commute or the in-laws. It just means you're not running low on top of them.
How to take them
All three are fine together. B vitamins are best earlier in the day as some people find them a bit lively at night, and MagTech suits the evening. Follow each label.
In the box
MagTech, 90 capsules. Vitamin B Complex, 60 capsules. Zinc with Vitamin C, 60 capsules.
Bought separately: €65.85. Together: €57.60.
If you're unsure about magnesium forms, glycinate vs citrate vs threonate sorts it out. More magnesium options in Magnesium.
