The Shilajit & Fadogia Stack pairs Feel Supreme's Altai Shilajit Resin, lab-tested above 85% fulvic acid, with Fadogia Agrestis, 300mg of stem extract per capsule. Two of the names that come up most in men's vitality stacks, in one order.
I'll be straight about the evidence because nobody else in this corner of the market seems to be. Shilajit has human trials behind it. Fadogia doesn't yet - the research is early and mostly in animals. Plenty of people take them together anyway, so if that's you, this is the cheaper way to do it.
Taking them
The resin is a pea-sized amount dissolved in warm water or tea. Fadogia is a capsule. Many people take Fadogia in blocks of a few weeks with a break in between - follow the label, and talk to your GP if you're on any medication.
