Within Ireland, Powerful.ie uses An Post Parcel Services for delivering your purchase safely. This means that because of An Post's excellent service and technology, we can track your package every step of the way, from the moment it is collected here by courier, to the second it is signed for at your door. And by using the An Post backbone, your order goes directly to the local An Post sorting office in the case of a failed delivery attempt, rather than a centralised warehouse, as is the case with other courier companies.

(Please note: An Post will need a signature so won't leave any packages at your delivery address without one. They will however, leave a docket to allow you collect your package from your local post office/depot. For any packages that have been the subject of a failed delivery attempt and are returned to Powerful.ie, we must charge €6.95 to resend.)

Be sure to check your local import laws if ordering from outside Ireland. In the event of an order being returned, a refund will be issued (minus the original cost of shipping) once it arrives back to us within 45 days of purchase.

All import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep this in mind when ordering from the UK (except N. Ireland) and any non-EU (3rd) countries.
