The key ingredients include Alpha GPC (a natural choline precursor linked to acetylcholine production), Huperzine A from Huperzia serrata (which helps slow the breakdown of acetylcholine, keeping levels sustained), Bacopa Monnieri (an adaptogenic herb with strong memory credentials used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries), L-Theanine (known for deepening focus and promoting calm concentration), L-Tyrosine (an amino acid precursor to dopamine and norepinephrine, supporting mental performance under demanding conditions), Oatstraw (Avena sativa, a traditional herb associated with stress balance), Phosphatidylserine (a phospholipid abundant in brain cell membranes), Pterostilbene (an antioxidant naturally found in blueberries), and Cat's Claw extract (Uncaria tomentosa, a plant compound long used in traditional Amazonian medicine).
