Our gluten-free, low-carbohydrate *, protein pizza dough baking mix without yeast. Ideal for a ketogenic lifestyle.
Sunflower protein , gold flax flour and pumpkin seed flour give the pizza dough a slightly spicy note and make it nice and crispy.
We only use selected natural raw materials and crystal salt. Like all of our products, they are made without soy. The selected ingredients complement each other to create a good amino acid profile.

Instructions for use |
Very simple - knead the baking mixture with 220 ml of water to form a dough. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and distribute it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 8-10 minutes, remove and cover as you like, bake again at 200 ° C for approx. 7-10 minutes - done. |
