The Tranquility Blend
On top of the serotonin-building foundation, New Mood adds Onnit's Tranquility Blend - four botanicals with well-established traditional use in relaxation and sleep support: Valerian Root Extract, Chamomile Flower Extract, Lemon Balm Extract, and Jujube Seed Extract. Valerian has been used since ancient Greece for restlessness and sleep (Andreatini et al., 2002, Phytotherapy Research). Lemon Balm has demonstrated support for a calm mood and reduced occasional stress. Chamomile and Jujube round out the blend with centuries of traditional use behind both.
Magnesium, Niacin, and Vitamin D complete the formula - covering the micronutrient bases most commonly depleted by stress and poor sleep.
How to take it
Take 2 capsules in the evening before sleep for wind-down and sleep support, or during the day when occasional stress support is needed. Do not exceed 6 capsules in any 24-hour period.
