What's in it and why
Reishi and Chaga bring the mushroom foundation - Reishi for stress modulation and sleep quality support, Chaga for its dense antioxidant content and immune-supporting beta-glucans [1]. Ashwagandha and tulsi are among the best-studied botanical adaptogens, with research consistently supporting their role in reducing cortisol and supporting a balanced stress response [2]. Eleuthero (Siberian ginseng) adds traditional stamina and endurance support. Schisandra, amla, and moringa round out the formula with antioxidant, liver-supportive, and nutrient-dense properties.
