About the ingredients

Cordyceps sinensis has a long history of use in traditional Asian practice and is increasingly studied in the field of sports nutrition and wellness. Chaga is notable for its alkaline profile, which reduces coffee acidity for a smoother cup, and for its concentration of beta-glucans and antioxidant compounds. Research in both areas is ongoing and individual results vary.

Eleuthero root has been used for centuries as an adaptogenic herb in traditional practice.

What it tastes like

Coffee. The mushroom extracts are tasteless at this quantity — no earthiness, no unusual bitterness. A clean, slightly smooth medium-roast cup.

How to use it

Mix one sachet with 240ml of hot water. Works equally well iced — dissolve in a small amount of warm water first, then add ice. One to two sachets per day. Best avoided in the evening given the caffeine content.
