Our carbohydrate-reduced*, protein wraps baking mix with 33 g high-quality protein and only 2 g carbohydrates per 90 g wrap.

Without soy and egg.

6 large (approx. 25 - 30 cm) wraps can be baked from a baking mixture with 300 g.

Vital wheat protein paired with milk protein and golden linseed flour result in a good amino acid profile.

The bamboo fibers it contains promote digestion.

A delicious wrap can be made very quickly and easily. Simply spread some low carb flower on the work surface, mix the Adams Wrap dough according to the instructions, knead briefly and roll out with a rolling pin to a pan size of approx. 25-30 cm in diameter. In between, rub some bamboo fiber on the dough so that the dough does not stick to the work surface or the rolling pin. Excess bamboo fiber can simply be wiped off the dough by hand. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and fry the rolled-out wrap until golden on both sides.

Then top as desired and enjoy.

Instructions for use

Scatter a work surface with some Adams Basic bamboo fiber and roll out the dough on it. Wipe off excess bamboo fiber by hand, put the batter in a pan and bake on both sides over medium heat until golden - top as desired and enjoy.
