Our dark, gluten-free protein bread mix with sunflower seeds and prebiotic fiber with very little carbohydrates. Ideal for a ketogenic lifestyle.
High-fiber (prebiotic) - high-protein - low-carbohydrate * bread mix.
The selected ingredients complement each other to create a good amino acid balance.
Gold flax flour, coconut flour , almond flour and pumpkin seed flour combined with apple fiber and selected sunflower seeds - plus a light mixture of spices, give the bread its slightly strong, spicy taste.
We only use selected natural raw materials and crystal salt.

Instructions for use |
Very simple - mix the baking mixture with 350 ml of water to form a dough. Shape the dough into a loaf, place on a baking sheet or put in a greased mold (silicone mold) and bake at 190 ° C for about 60 minutes - done. Store in an airy place or in the refrigerator. |
