Our low-carbohydrate *, pizza dough baking mix with yeast and without egg, with 38 g high-quality protein and only 2.7 g carbohydrates - as always without soy. Ideal for a ketogenic lifestyle.
Many still remember our first Pizza Adamo baking mix before we developed it further to be gluten-free.
With the pizza baking mix Avanti we are reviving the "old" Pizza Adamo baking mix, optimized in taste, consistency and nutritional values.
The yeast required is mixed in with the Pizza Avanti baking mix.
Wheat protein paired with milk protein and gold flaxseed flour result in a good amino acid profile.
The contained bamboo and flea seed fibers promote digestion and have a positive effect on intestinal function.
With our Adams Basic bamboo fiberas a rolling aid, a tasty pizza can be made very quickly and easily. Simply spread some bamboo fiber on the work surface, mix Adam's Pizza Avanti dough according to the instructions, knead briefly and roll out with a rolling pin to a diameter of approx. 30 - 35 cm. In between rub a little bamboo fiber onto the dough so that the dough does not stick to the work surface or the rolling pin. Excess bamboo fiber can simply be wiped off the dough by hand. Dust a baking sheet with bamboo fiber or line it with baking paper and let the rolled out pizza dough rise on it for about 20 minutes. Then cover as desired and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes. Since the bamboo fiber consists of 98% dietary fiber and hardly contains any protein, the fibers that stick do not turn brown during baking and remain tasteless.
Our bamboo fiber can also be used excellently for a pizza stone (non-stick property).

Instructions for use |
