Our gluten-free protein bread baking mix with gold flax seeds and herbs from Provence, with little carbohydrates. Ideal for a ketogenic lifestyle.

Like all of our products, they are made without soy. The selected ingredients complement each other to create a good amino acid balance.
Gold flax flour, coconut flour and almond flour, combined with a refined blend of herbs and spices, give the bread its extraordinary fresh taste.
We only use selected natural raw materials and crystal salt.

Instructions for use |
Very simple - mix the baking mixture with 380 ml water to form a dough. Shape the dough into a loaf, place on a baking sheet or put in a greased mold (silicone mold) and bake at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes - done. Store in an airy place or in the refrigerator. |
