What's in each sachet

Organic Arabica coffee - the base is a single-origin Arabica, carefully roasted and brewed before spray drying into instant form. 40-50mg caffeine per sachet - enough for a clean energy lift, less than a standard espresso.

Lion's Mane (250mg, dual-extracted) - Hericium erinaceus, the functional mushroom most studied for cognitive health. Dual extraction captures both the water-soluble beta-glucans and the alcohol-soluble hericenones and erinacines - the active compounds linked to Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) stimulation. Two independent double-blind, placebo-controlled trials - Mori et al. (2009) and Saitsu et al. (2019) - both found meaningful improvements in cognitive function in adults taking Lion's Mane daily. A 2023 pilot study in healthy young adults found faster performance on cognitive tasks following supplementation.

Chaga (dual-extracted, wildcrafted Siberian) - Inonotus obliquus, sourced wild from Siberia where it grows on birch trees in sub-zero conditions. Chaga has one of the highest recorded ORAC scores of any natural substance - a measure of antioxidant density. It contains betulinic acid (derived from the birch bark it grows on), melanin, and beta-glucans. A study published in Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy found Chaga extract exhibited notable antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The dual-extraction process here - hot water and alcohol - captures both the polysaccharide fraction and the betulinic acid compounds that a water-only extraction would miss entirely.

Wild Rhodiola root - Rhodiola rosea is one of the most researched adaptogens in the world, native to the Arctic regions of Europe and Asia. Research has documented its effects on mental fatigue and cognitive performance under stress: a systematic review published in Phytomedicine found that Rhodiola consistently improved measures of mental performance and reduced fatigue in working adults.
